This is my animal with super powers. I have chosen the night owl because they can see in the dark.
Hi! My name is Lulu. I’m a Puriri Moth…Not a human!
I know my name sounds like poo riri moth, but it’s not.
And guess what…Adult puriri moths don’t eat!
And the puriri moth’s body parts are head, thorax and abdomen.
We have been learning about native New Zealand insects for the past 3 weeks. I chose to do a puriri moth because it is cute.
This is my puriri moth made out of clay. I found it difficult to make because its legs kept falling off and I used hot glue to stick them back together.
